Extremely poor webafrica

I joined webafrica on the 11th sep on the 22 my internet went off for 5 to6 days without consulting me.... It went off again on the 1st its of since then... I think they very badandextremely poor I won't recommend someone to go with there services..... You cont get hold of them over the phone or on whatsapp even if u the consultants don't know how to help you I think they unexperience. .. Belive me you'll regret going with them I want to change to mweb of telkom
