Extremely poor service, *********** service

I have cancelled my service with them on 02.02.2023. The line was supposed to be released on 31.03.2023. I have all the emails to confirm! On 02.04.2023 they debited my account. I put in a request for refund. But worse, I have been struggling with these people, to release my line! I can not activate my service with new ISP, as Webafrica is not releasing my line! I can not use a different router, but need to send theirs back? Each time on the WA chat it is the same story. Now they are apparently releasing my line on 20.05.2023??!!
