EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

People be aware of the WORST service provider in South Africa. I'm trying to cancel my service and I have been struggling for more than a month already. The customer support is pathetic. They keep you online with a chatbot for hours and nothing gets done. While you busy chatting to an agent they END your chat and you have to start over. They make it almost impossible to cancel your service. I think this must be *******. I would refer nobody to make use of Webafrica. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.
