Extremely poor service

Service is very poor. I found that I'm paying more for my package than I should be. I have the 50/25 fiber package and paying R599 pm. Checked on the services and the package should be R549 pm. I started to chat to an agent "Ntabiseng L" and asked why this was the case. It took the agent over an hour to try to find my account. I kept sending screen shots, with my email address, user name etc and the agent just couldn't find it. I also received no answer to my question. I then asked to speak to a manager, after which I was transfered and no one responded again. REALLY BAD SERVICE to NO SERVICE AT ALL.
