Extremely poor service

I signed up for WIFI services on Monday 4 January 2021 with Webafrica after a long wait with Afrihost. Initially I was impressed as Tuesday 05 January 2021 Vumatel was out installing the WIFI box. From Tuesday I have been battling to get clarity on my package and when an amount will be debited no one informed me that the debit will go off once service has been activated. Service is activated but no router so we not able to use the WIFI service spent 2 hours waiting on the telephone and the WhatsApp superfast as they say response is ****. I am so ****ed as I had to change back account details to one that has funds for the debit to go off and I have no confirmation of what's going on Stay away as soon as I speak to a real life person I am cancelling Web Africa is the worst service they are equivalent to the Corona virus stay away.
