Extremely poor service

My wife have started working from home my friend told me of the great service of Web Africa after my bad experiences with my Adsl We decided to get the LTE package it work however from last week Friday it has been off my wife has waited almost 4 hours on the line to speak to support with out any reply. She as send numerous emails with no reply. The service is very poor in this time of need.
