Extremely poor service

I moved to the new address with my router that I’ve been using. It’s was not working on the new address. I was only called on the 13th last my by Jason he suggested I get a router from you guys. Till today I’m still waiting but yet you keep sending me invoices but that do I have internet or not that doesn’t matter all that matters is pay pay for nothing
