Extremely poor customer service/ care

I am a customer in Eldorado Park who has a fiber connection.with Webafrica. This is my second month with them but their service is poor. Last month we had an outage for 3 days. No communication . This month the outage already 2 days.No communication. I will advise all people of Eldorado Park, Kliptown and Klipspriut West to steer clear of this company. Lots of promises no delivery. I intend canceling my subscription with them after this month
