Extremely poor customer service

Requested a residential transfer almost 3 weeks ago. They, together with OpenServe, apparently can't locate my house on their system. Despite sending them whatever documents I had to prove the address, zero response or updates at a time i require connectivity the most!! And thus, when the house had an existing connection with them for the previous owner!! Absolutely pathetic service!! You would think that escalating the issue helps besides the roboticwattsapp responses..not so, sadly!
