Extremely poor customer service.

I struggle since 11/02 to get Webafrica to install Fibre WI Fi installed and received 2 order numbers with no installation. Every Whattsapp session with the Bot is from 1st question to a answer approximately 6 hours with no positive answer. There is no telephone no to call and have send numerous emails. Their advertsments is not what they promise. Seems to me there is no customer satisfaction anymore with poor old Covid19 as excuse. What a pity. Shame Shame shame
