EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!!!!

I am tired of going in circles between you and Vuma, I don’t know who is worse!!!! I have been paying for a service I am not getting. How on earth do I pay R400 for 2 days fibre, and then be told my area is high risk when you accept orders on daily basis in Khayelitsha???? Everytime the same thing! Just say you do not cover Khayelitsha. My children are writing exams and use wifi for studying, now I must buy Vodacom and I am paying R400???? Please give me a refund today, I have never experienced such a pathetic service ever in my life. I want my hard earned money TODAY!!!!! Not even once have I ever had wifi for a full week, this is not on! I want my money, and don’t tell me about 1 month cancellation when the service itself is cancelled. I want my money NOW!!!
