Extremely disappointing service!

I placed an order for an LTE package on the 5th of July and submitted all required RICA documents via WhatsApp the same day. I was then sent a link to submit the documents on there too but that expired the moment it was opened.

I followed up on the 7th of July, only to find that no one seemed to have any idea what was happening. I reminded the agent the documents were sent via Whatsapp. I sent the documents again via email and was once again sent an expired link.

I followed up yet again the following day—still no progress.

I clearly communicated how urgent this is, as I work from home, and even asked for a supervisor to call me back urgently. Unsurprisingly, I’ve heard nothing and still have no internet connection.

Absolutely unacceptable. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
