Extremely Disappointing Experience with Webafrica

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the appalling service I received from Webafrica. The agents are *********** and unhelpful, making it frustrating to resolve even the simplest issues.

To make matters worse, there's no dedicated telephone line for customer support. Instead, they offer a WhatsApp chatroom that's notoriously slow. I've waited over 3 hours just to get a response from an agent, only to be met with unhelpful and uninformed assistance.

Webafrica needs to seriously revamp their customer support system to provide timely and competent assistance to their clients. Until then, I would not recommend their services to anyone.
