Extremely disappointing experience. Slow and disorganised service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Webafrica. Their service is slow, disorganised, and unprofessional. I placed an order for a Wi-Fi router installation and waited for two weeks with no updates. When I followed up, I discovered they hadn’t even processed my order. Only then did they process my order for a debit from my account in 2 days. When the money was finally debited, I was informed that I’d need to wait another 7 business days for the router installation. I'm on week 3 now since placing my order, and I still don't have my wifi router. I had no choice but to cancel my order, request a refund for the amount they had already debited, and find a different service provider.
