Extremely Disappointed with WebAfrica

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with WebAfrica. Their internet service is highly unreliable — we’ve had constant disconnections, often without warning or explanation. And when it comes to getting help? Good luck.

Their customer service is practically non-existent. It’s a nightmare trying to get hold of someone to assist, and when you finally do, there’s no urgency, no accountability, and definitely no empathy. It honestly feels like they don't care about their customers at all.

To make things worse, they clearly lack proper systems or tools to manage customer queries effectively. Every interaction feels like starting from scratch, and you're left going in circles while your service remains down.

I regret choosing WebAfrica and would not recommend them to anyone looking for stable internet or decent support.
