Extremely Disappointed – Pathetic Service I’ve logged three complaints with Web Africa, and it’s now been seven days without WiFi. As a business, this has been a nightmare – we’ve lost income, spent a fortune on mobile data, and still have no resolution. Web Africa was meant to be a solution, but instead, they’ve passed the blame to Vumatel instead of taking responsibility. Zero urgency, zero accountability, and absolutely no customer support. This level of service is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs if you value reliability!!
