Extremely Difficult to Reach

It is extremely difficult to get a hold of this company. I missed a payment and when I realised and want to pay I am unable to reach them to pay! I managed to get their WhatsApp number and request to speak to an agent at around 10:45 and now at 12:15 (about an hour and a half later) I am still waiting! They keep saying they're trying to het a hold of an agent. This is not proper. I am trying to reach them to pay them so I can be reconnected and I have to go through so much just for that. I want to get on with my job and it is not easy without Wi-Fi.

I am very displeased by this seevice.
