Extremely difficult communicating with Webafrica when there is a problem with your connection.

Our fibre connection went down on Thursday 30 April, we could not figure it out, all the correct lights were on the router and on the fibre box at the wall where it comes into the house. Our laptops said 'no WiFi', on the router WiFi was working (the light was on). Could not get hold of anyone at Webafrica. The following day Friday 1 May our struggle to contact Webafrica continued (yes, I know it was a public holiday, but if you choose to be in the online IT business, you had better be there 24/7). Our son finally found someone to talk to and suddenly our connection was working, we could not find out from Webafrica what the problem was. This morning 5 May it went down again this time the INTERNET light on the router was red, and the struggle to find someone to talk to at Webafrica was to no avail. Eventually I was communicating with Willie the Bot online using my cellphone, with me answering questions and the Bot asking questions, suddenly the INTERNET light went green and we were connected again. Again, no explanation as to what was wrong. This is totally unsatisfactory, we have been down twice in six days and the first time we were offline around 12 hours, there are two people in this house working from home, we need this facility to be up and running 24/7.
