Extremely bad services- Do Not Use

My internet was installed on the 17th of December, I’ve tried calling them and using the WhatsApp support line. 2 weeks later my internet has still not been activated- no has been able to help me with activating the line . The agents are lairs especially a gent by the name of Jameson
