Extremely Bad Service

Requested my line to be downgraded from 50/50 to 50/25, 6 months later still nothing. Being told story after story, from give us 24 hours to its done, then month end comes....nothing.

Request a call back from a manager and I am told we do not take calls.

So much for service delivery? Now please tell ,me how long does it take to downgrade a line, as someone in the industry i know it does not take 6 months.
