Extremely bad service and no fault resolution
Firstly....<br> <br> I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with the service I am getting. <br> <br> Every time there is an issue with mail or sites or something.<br> <br> Tonight firstly my one site looses all its data on orders, then another one site goes completely blank.<br> <br> One other sites is extremely slow and all I hear from you is everything is fine on our side. I am telling you its not. <br> <br> The back end is also extremely slow. - the I/0 keeps spiking to full and the site does not react!<br> <br> I have phoned in 3 times tonight and blew R135 airtime and didn't get through to a single consultant!<br> <br> I am considering moving my hosting and all my accounts to a provider that can actually assist me.<br> <br> Regards<br> Juan
