Extremely bad service

My name is Mr PT Khuboni. My Webafrica Customer number is EIT82, Last year December 2021 Zoom Fibre installed Fibre at my complex Hlanganani Randfontein and assigned Webafrica to activate wifi. It took them until February to do the installation. By the time they activated the account I was already owing R1254. 00 which I queried and they promised to resolve but till today it has never been resolved. I have asked them to cancel their serviceseffect that has never happened. Today I spoke to a lady by the name of Melissa and other two consultants they refused to escalate the matter to their manager.

I am really disappointed with the service I am getting from Webafrica and Zoom Fibre , it is really poor and unprofessional. It clearly shows that they don't care about their clients instead they more concerned about money.
