EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

If you are reading this please stay away from webafrica I have had the worst experience ever with an internet supplier. They deduct money from your account without your authorisation they cancel the wrong line and then you have to beg them to put your line on again. Their WhatsApp inter action platform does not work properly as people just do not want to step up and take ownership. You cannot get hold of them telephonically. This is just one big nightmare. They are *********** and do not believe in creating any magic Moments for their customers. Quick to offer you a special deal but don't tell you that this deal is only valid for a few months and once you have signed up after a few months your monthly instalment goes up and then you cannot get out of it because you have locked in for 12 months
