I am so sick of my fibre connection! I'm more offline than online. My internet speed is extremely slow and it is now affecting my Job!! Your customer service is USELESS your WhatsApp chat is USELESS!! I WANT MY SERVICE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO 30 DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD OR WE CAN GO TO COURT. WHEN YOU CALL THE CALL CENTRE THEN YOU WAIT HOURS AT A TIME.
