Extreme Poor customer they don't care after signing up.

If -0 (Zero) was available as a rating I will be putting it here, they don't even reserve a one rating, it's all good when they sign you up once they secure you as a customer they treat you like ****, I logged a move to different house a month ahead they promised all is done , I get here plug everything only to be told they didn't bother processing my request back in November 1st, if you want to waste your money sign up with them. It is now 7 days with no internet connection logging tickets and following up they don't even bother answering you get a robot with automated response. I even logged faults ticket number WA*** this is the last one they don't even share status when you follow up, you get ignored.
