Extorsion, dishonest, ********* and frustrating

Frustrating, dishonest and ********* is how I would descibe this company, getting signed up is a breeze but the moment you try to cancel they will try to ****** every last cent from you.

When I signed up there was no cancellation fee unless you cancel within the first year, 2 years later when cancelling they charge a R999 cancellation fee, which was NOT in original terms and conditions when I signed up. Paid that. They collected the free to use router from me. They are charging me for the router because for some reason they did not receive it. I even sent them the tracking number.

They are worse than the ********s in government
