Exploited, and mistreated by Webafrica

I am not happy with the bad treatment that I have received from Webafrica just because I was complaining that I'm paying a lot on my current plan after I have checked with the other service providers, I discovered that I can pay much less and save from other service providers. When I asked for them to reconsider, they gave me another offer but I felt insulted by the terms and conditions that were given to me for me to take their offer.

I am very disappointed because I have been with webafrica all this years whilst they were over charging me and didn't complain ones even though I was been advised by others that I have to change the service provider because I'm being exploited.

I have decided to cancel my subscription and go to Afrihost and not take your insulting offer. I'm done.
