Experiencing an issue with my fibre
Experiencing an issue with my fibre. Thamsanqela, was the agent that supported me, troubleshooted every avenue before escalating the matter to Vumatel. Swift response and very respectful. Although the matter was not resolved as yet, I value the swift response and taking the time to help where she could😇
