********** Experience - Stay Away from Webafrica!

If I could give this ISP negative stars, I certainly would!

My ordeal with Webafrica began with enticing deals that seemed too good to be true, and unfortunately, that's precisely when the nightmare started. I eagerly signed up for what was presented as a fantastic deal well in advance, tailored for Balwin property owners like myself. Little did I know, this decision would lead to a lot of frustration and disappointment.

My property was still under construction, experiencing numerous delays, yet I began receiving bills for fiber services I couldn't access because I didn't even have a modem. The real trouble began when I finally received my modem, and the setup process turned into an absolute nightmare. Dealing with Willy the BOT was nothing short of a trashy experience! Attempting to set up the internet became a weeks-long ordeal due to the absence of human support or on-site technicians. The only options available were dealing with the woefully inadequate BOT or a live agent who took an eternity to provide assistance. And if you encountered a more technical issue, be prepared to repeat your problem to different agents, making the whole process unbelievably time-consuming.

After enduring weeks of frustration, my issue was eventually escalated to someone higher up who discovered that the connectivity problem wasn't on my end but rather a complex-wide issue. This revelation came several weeks later, all while Webafrica continued debiting my account without a resolution in sight.

In summary, if your well-being matters to you, steer clear of Webafrica! The sales agent may be eager to sell you their product, but the after-sales support is nothing short of shocking.

Save yourself the headache and choose an ISP that values its customers and provides the service they promise.
