exhausting

I am once again returning to HelloPeter regarding the same unresolved issue with WebAfrica.

Despite multiple follow-ups and being assured that my matter would be attended to, I have still not received meaningful feedback or a resolution. This has now been ongoing for far too long, and I am left wondering what other platform I need to use for WebAfrica to understand the seriousness and urgency of this matter.

As a customer, I have made every effort to follow the correct channels, provide the requested information, and patiently wait for updates. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing.

I would appreciate it if WebAfrica could urgently review this matter, provide clear feedback, and bring this issue to a proper resolution. Customers should not have to repeatedly escalate the same complaint simply to receive a response.

Hi Busisiwe,
We understand how frustrating it must be to keep returning for updates without receiving clear feedback or resolution. When you’ve followed the correct channels and are still waiting, it can feel like your concerns aren’t being taken seriously.
We can confirm that an email was sent to the account holder at 16:10 today confirming receipt of their Payfast refund query. They advised the refund has been submitted for review, and this process typically takes between 10–15 business days to determine whether the refund is valid.
Once approved, the account holder will receive an email from PayFast (***) requesting confirmation of your banking details, which is required to transfer the funds from your PayFast wallet to your bank account.
We will continue monitoring this process to ensure you receive the necessary updates and that your refund progresses without further delays.
If you require any further assistance, please feel free to reach out via Hello Peter, and we’ll gladly continue assisting.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
