Excruciating bad experience

Very bad experience. App**** for fibre package, got promt delivery of router and then all went south. No further communication, no Follow up on installation. Over next eight weeks spend endless hours waiting to whatsup with a agent on their stupid and frustrating Williebot app. After the eleventh agent ask Melissa to just cancel everything. Mweb installation happened in 36 hours. Stay away from webafrica, they are pretty useless.
