Excellent service from Webafrica. I had an issue with my fibre line and the support team was helpful, professional and efficient in getting the problem resolved. Communication was good throughout, and I really appreciated the effort made to get me back online as quickly as possible. It’s easy to complain when things go wrong, so I think it’s equally important to give credit when a company handles an issue well. Thank you to the Webafrica team for the great support!
