Excellent Service!

I would like to highlight the incredible service I received from Webafrica.

I app**** for a second fibre line on my property for work purposes which had to be approved by Vumatel. Unfortunately this never went as planned and I waited over 1 month for a response from Vumatel. In my frustration I contacted Webafrica and highlighted my dissatisfaction with the delay. What happened next was amazing: - I had a live chat with Cindy-Leigh at Webafrica who immediately understood my situation and escalated it to her brand manager Cheslin - Cheslin called me with in minutes and apologized profusely for the delay, but vowed to do everything possible to get an answer from Vumatel. (Webafrica it’s important that I mention that this guy is so helpful and efficient, in my opinion his a true asset to your business). - The next day I got a call from Vumatel to advise that their technicians from Nano Group would be there the next morning to install the 2nd line. - On point the next morning very friendly, polite and professional Nano Group crew arrived and did an amazing job with the installation. - Webafrica at the same time emailed me to say that my router has been dispatched with the courier - It arrived the following day and just like that my fibre line was active.

I was very impressed with the level of service and will highly recommend Webafrica for all their services.
