Excellent Service Consultant - Lauren Januarie

My husband passed on 3 months ago due to Covid19 complications. I got an email to say that the debit order was unsuccessful. Excellent Service received via the Whats App portals with consultant "Lauren Januarie". She was professional, extremely patient with a non savvy technology handicap user like myself and with a question and answer and how to she helped me sort out my problems. Maybe we need more "Laurens" to assist. Thank you so much - she has been a absolute super star.
