Excellent Efficient Service

Ive had a problem with my debit order not going off, I couldn't do a payment using my Visa card, which eventually led to my Fibre service been suspended at 9:00am, I called the Web Africa Support Line, and was anwered by Sinethemba who promptly assisted with the EFT Payment process and what to do to have my service re instated. I did the payment and forwarded the proof at 11:30 and called back to be answered bt Nosipho who was agile and handled my case in less than 5 minutes my service was up and running.
