Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service. Successfully installed my second fibre package. You’ll be up and running in no time (1/2days). I only delayed because I missed calls to confirm installation due to work but they kept on calling multiple times and sent emails to reach me. Communication is so good and the service itself is great. Never had problems. Different packages for what you need and more affordable than a lot of WiFi/network providers. I got one for my family and a faster upload and download package for myself as a content creator. Impressed with Vuma and WebAfrica.
