Even telkom is better

Stay away. They have utterly dismall customer care. I was with telkom previously and I thought they had bad service. I miss Telkom now. There's no assistance. It's not like they even care for their clients. I previously moved my wifi with telkom, they make you wait but don't charge you an arm and a leg. These idiots want to charge you to move services and still expect you to want to use them. They are ***. Stay away. Deal with telkom wait that time for telkom it's worth it. Their whatsapp assistance is a joke.
