Eternal Lifetime cancellation fee on new contracts

I am moving and wanted to transfer my service. I am paying R899 for 50/50 and they are advertising it for R639. I asked if I could get the same package, the 3rd person finally said yes. Then they tell me I have to sign to accept a cancellation fee of R999 - which is valid forever. I told them it cannot be legal - and was told that is what they do, no exceptions. Ridiculous service and attitude - apart from being *******. will go to another company
