Estimated time for installation - - 100 days maybe

I have literally waited more than 30days it's approaching day 60 to even get a call for Frogfoot to come and install a little box so I can get fibre. Was meant to get a router in the first few weeks, did that happen?? NO. I guess being a nice and patient person does not pay off in the end. I'm so fed up!
