Eskom of service providers/ Avoid at all costs !

I joined in 2020 with Vumatel. Installation and activation took less then a day.

I recently recommended it to a friend and now it’s been over 7 days. They billed but the fibre isn’t working . They deny billing and of course their stupid WhatsApp doesn’t work. Or they take a decade to respond.

I should have known when you used my private account details and made me pay for someone’s else’s fibre line then denied it that you’ve now become one of the most *********** providers in South Africa.

I regret ever recommending this service provider to anyone. Don’t be an idiot like me. They’ve changed ! Avoid at all costs so you don’t come back to warn others like me .
