Eskom of ISP providers / Avoid at all costs !

I’ve been with them since 2020 when Vuma installed fibre in my area. Their service has dropped , I regret recommending them to a friend because they’re also with this ISP.

Avoid at all costs.

Currently trying to cancel and it’s been 3 weeks no one has processed my cancellation. Ontop of that they’re increasing my wifi but the service is **********. Disgusting ! Management needs to do better. Yesterday I asked about my cancellation and they took 6 hours to reply just to tell me to wait for another department .
