Endless issues

I will be changing ISP's as i had endless issues with them.

For months if not almost 2 years I've had issues with my ADSL, it drops every 2min or less, Never had issues before with low ping, but then all sudden ping sky high.

I am paying for 10/1mbps ADSL line but i can't even stream 320P Youtube Videos or play any games.

I realized when i log onto my Router that my line is Syncing at 7Mbps down and 500KBps up and i am paying for 10Mbps.

I have not had a great experience for a long time and i am wasting almost R1000 a month on something that does not work.

I know there has been a issue with ADSL as they are moving over to Fiber, but they can at least give me a alternative package or option that i can use.

And now i am trying to call them on a Saturday but they can only give support during Office hours?? they should at least give after hour services for when something goes wrong but no now i have to sit without internet for the weekend as they can't employ people to work over weekends to give Technical Support.
