Empty promises of my R399.00 refund not one email since January

Imagine waiting almost 3 months for a refund for a service that was never installed. What must I do to get my R399.00 back . This all started in December 2024 we are nearing 3 months I was told I will get an email. Webafrica is not a reputable company and I will make it known to everyone I know
