Empty promises

Got signed with Vumatel in November where they offered the promotion of R649 where for 3 months i would get a 20/2 meg line and then it will be downgraded to a 10/2 line thereafter. Upon final activation yesterday when enquiring about the only 10 meg speed after hours of whatsapps to be informed it does not apply to my area! No response get pushed from pillar to post and upon request of the sign up form no response. Just started using this service and im highly upset about the empty promises from webafrica.
