Empty promises, bad service and ******

I purchased the Fibre with WebAfrica, and they came for installation without a router. It has been days waiting for a router still today it has not been delivered and month end 2 debit orders from them went through. I decided to cancel my application since 01 Nov 2023, even today my account is still active.

No one is willing to assist, I have sent several emails to them with no feedback. This has to be the worst service provider ever. I regret joining them.
