Empty promises

I hope all the people that use your services cancel on you.. I am now from the 1ste of December with out with Wi-Fi simple because this is an un organized business they will send you to piller to post on there live chat with agents... I move from Fiber to LTE and I did this in the beginning off November still waiting for my simcard waited 3weeks than I chatted with an agent they said it wasn't invoiced the lady that helped got it done.. 3 December I paid for the simcard. Waited one more week chatted with an agent again on the 9th of December what's the hold up no they said your Rica was pending it will take 2 to 3 days well guess what it's the 3 day today... I don't know anymore from here the way forward is ombudsman..
