empty promises

honestly disappointing and revolting, I wait over a month to get my service up and going then they want to invoice me for the time i was not active. I then speak to a consultant which ensures me he'll resolve it with accounts in the form of a payment arrangment. is was untrue and not even 2 days after my system has been active they suspend. this is honestly outrageous. its big companies like this that need to be shut down as there is not integrity not honesty. i work from home and this has affected my ability to get an income. who is going to pay my rent or my bills webafrica, cause I know webafrica dont have the morals to care.
