Embarrassing

This company looks nice and flashy on the surface, but provide the most pathetic service. I can't get hold of anyone. Poor poor poor. Clearly this country cares about compliance with paperwork and that's where everything stops. Is there anything or any company that actually thrives on customer satisfaction.???
