Emails gone and cancellation

Well I guess the statement made about \best ISP in the country"leaves a lot to be desired. Last year I decided to attend one of the WebAfrica design conferences which was very inspiring. After that I decided to let them take over my website design. Well after that I lost an entire months emails and all they did was to make a few minor changes and never implemented other requested changes.<br> <br> As I have a business to run I continued with this pathetic service which cost over R500 a month. On 13 October last year I sent a cancellation email only to be told I needed to call them. Well I tried over and over with no result and once again got too busy to continue the battle. <br> <br> In December made contact again via email and was made all kinds of promises which never happened. All the while they were happy billing me via debit order. Finally 3 days ago called again and they said it will be resolved. While working this afternoon sending emails (IMAP) my emails started disappearing before my eyes"
