Emails are so last year WEB AFRICA !

WebAfrica call emails " so last year" and have attempted to migrate all their consultants onto a Whats app platform. No consultant is ever available, none of the telephone numbers work and it took me over 1.5 weeks to try and get in touch with someone to let them know that I had paid via EFT. My service was cut and it took 2 days of constantly trying to get hold of someone and eventually out of the blue someone did get hold of me VIA WHATS APP. I'm all for migrating but it doesn't help if you aren't properly set up.
